Breaking Barriers and Inspiring Others

As a Black woman in a predominantly male-dominated field, Kenisha has faced her fair share of challenges. However, she refuses to let adversity define her. Instead, she uses her platform to inspire and empower others, especially young girls and underrepresented minorities, to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

Kenisha is an active mentor and advocate for diversity and inclusion in the aerospace industry. She serves on the board of directors for the National Space Society and is a member of the Women in Aerospace Foundation, where she works to increase the visibility and leadership of women in the field.
